We have racing rules - race like a gentleman and don't knock other drivers off-track especially on the first lap. If you do accidentally knock someone else off into the undergrowth - you must stop as soon as safety permits and wait for that car to regain the track and continue its race ahead of you

If you sustain aero damage to your car in the course of the race you must pit and repair the damage. No cars will be allowed to race with major bodywork (ie. front end & splitter) missing. You should pit on the next available lap to repair the damage. We will review the replays after the race and anyone found to be driving with significant damage may be disqualified.

The general league rules can be found and read here:   https://rslesports.com/community/faq/rsl-league-rules/

No Chat in Qualifying or the Race please. The only permitted chat in race is asking for a restart and only within the first lap.

Drivers are reminded that grievances and issues are not to be aired in a manner that creates friction in public - if you have a problem send a private message or discuss it with an Admin member.

If for any reason you cannot make the race please state below in the thread, so you car can be used by someone else.

Restarts will be at the sole discretion of the server administrator but generally there will not be any.

That's it for the FT60's, nice 6 race league with them - despite the silly graphic bug that studio397 should've fixed on day 2!

I think Ron must've won this league - Congrats Ron with your quick & more importantly -consistent pace 😎

Got a question about the track - apparently this version is a laser-scanned one, does that mean all the thousands of individual bumps on the track are laser-scanned too? - or were they added manually to make it feel right?

They are probably scanned also Tony, it usually does a complete 360 degree scan in 3d of the whole circuit which is then made into a model, if the mesh has been smoothed out because it has too many vertices, it may well be smoother than in real life, but it should be fairly accurate, the only thing that probably isn't unless you have access to the data is the amount of grip on each of the different surfaces such as paint, repairs, banding, kerbs etc.

This is the sort of resolution  you get, its made up of loads of tiny points that form up the 3d. It probably depends on the scanners resolution.

Was Dani that won the league, with Ron a fine second and you third Tony, so a big congrats to you guys for your top three positions, well done! 😀

Yeah, the first race when I had to park for a couple laps as my eyes were burning cost me. I'm surprised I did as well as I did in a high-downforce, modern car.

Cheers guys, really got into the flow of Leguna Seca and seemed quick enough.

Have a couple of moments and needed to pit twice as my pit box was immediately there on entry to the pit and drove straight it passed it! So entered again for tyres (and a nose and front wing) which put me way behind Tony...great time gap battle Tony, that gap was the focus of my attention pretty much the whole race!...another couple of hours and i would of had you! 🙂 Think i got 5th in the end?

Looking forward to the IMSA cars, not tried them yet but looking at the lap times seem bloody fast.

Also well done Dani 🙂

Yep I too was watching that gap with great interest Rarri!!  ..when you see that gap as the chaser start to tumble it's such a great motivator (& yes you were 5th 😊)
